I believe that therapy is a partnership where we work together to uncover the roots of your anxiety, help you gain clarity, reduce stress and find your self-confidence again.

If you’ve been struggling with anxiety for a while,  you’ve probably been told you should “just calm down,” that you are “overreacting,” or “too sensitive.” But that’s not how anxiety works. If you could just calm down, of course you would.

Perhaps you’ve never tried therapy before because you worry about being judged or labeled. Or maybe you’ve just never connected with a therapist who gets you. In our therapy sessions, you'll find a safe space, with no criticism or judgment, where you'll be fully accepted and allowed to feel the way you feel. We can then work together to address your concerns, and you'll start to experience genuine healing and relief from anxiety and stress.
