Fees for Service
Payment is due when services are rendered. Fees vary depending on length of session and individual insurance coverage. Due to the online nature of our services, I accept all major credit and debit cards.
Psychotherapy Fees
Telehealth Initial Evaluation: $225
Subsequent Telehealth Psychotherapy Sessions (45-60 min): $175- $200

Pathos Counseling is an in-network provider with the following insurance plans. I recommend that you check with your insurance provider regarding mental health coverage prior to your first appointment to confirm your benefits. I will gladly submit claims to these insurances on your behalf:

Out of Network Benefits
For any insurances not listed above, Pathos Counseling is an out of network provider. Full payment is due when services are rendered.
I will gladly provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Based on your individual plan, you may receive 30-80% reimbursement depending on your "out-of-network" benefits. Please contact your insurance provider directly to determine your exact benefits. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
If unable to keep your appointment, please kindly cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a one time $200 missed appointment fee. This fee is not reimbursed by insurance.
